Hello everyone,

Surveys have been emailed out! The survey is sent from BackerKit and you can choose your rewards in the survey. Shipping costs will be calculated as well, but you will not be charged until closer to fulfillment.

You can also pre-order and add extra plushies/charms to your pledge in the survey, but please be aware that the sticker freebie will not be included for the extra character you add.

Surveys will be locked on November 14th 2024, as I need to get a headcount on the number of plushies to order with my manufacturer. Please answer the survey at your earliest convenience! You will still be able change your shipping address until I start shipping out your rewards. I will send another e-mail to everyone later to let you know when to finalize your mailing address.

IMPORTANT: There are a few backers who are still getting a processing error so please be sure to update your card as soon as possible! If your card isn't expired, then it's very likely that your bank does not recognize Kickstarter as a trusted source. To get this sorted, you will need to contact your payment provider and inform them that you are trying to make a payment to Kickstarter. If your backer details show as incomplete payment, I will not be able to fulfill your rewards even if you've completed the survey ˙◠˙

If you don't see the survey email, please be sure to check your Promotions, Socials and Spam tab. If you still can't find it, please let me know ASAP and I will send another one out to you.

Hello everyone,

I want to give a huge thank you to all of you for making this Kickstarter a success! I'm so happy we were able to get all 11 designs funded, and this wouldn't have been possible without you. Thank you for sticking by me and for your trust in me! ♡ ฅ^>⩊<^ ฅ

By now, Kickstarter should have charged the card you have on file. There are a few backers whose cards got an error, and you can fix this by ensuring that your card isn't expired. If the details on your card are correct, you may need to contact your bank to allow the payment to go through! Please get this sorted as soon as possible. If the card error persists, your pledge will be canceled and you won't receive the plushie rewards.

In the next few days, I'll be working on sending out a survey to you via BackerKit. You'll be able to choose the characters you want for your rewards, and the costs of shipping will be calculated as well based on your location and the amount of plushies you pledged for. Once the surveys have been sent out, I will provide more information then!

As a reminder, here is the estimated timeline of production:

★ End of October/early November - Surveys are sent out to you
★ Mid November 2024 - Surveys are locked, funds received, and samples are ordered
★ January 2025 - Samples finalized and mass production begins
★ January to April 2025 - Production time is quoted around 40 days according to the manufacturer. Extra time has been allotted in case of any delays + CNY holidays
★ April to May 2025 - Shipping from manufacturer to me. Shipping time by freight is quoted around 40 days by the manufacturer.
★ May/June 2025 - Plushies arrive and I quality check every plushie. Rewards are shipped out to you!

Hi everyone,

We unlocked Gallagher! Woohoo! We unlocked him really quickly in just under 12 hours. He can be selected as your rewards now. He's one of my favourite characters, so it makes me so happy to see that you like him too!

Also a friendly reminder that the early bird discount ends tonight at 12 AM EST. If you'd like to edit your pledge, you still have some time. After the early bird, you can still pledge for plushies but they will be at a higher price.

Hello everyone,

Here is Gallagher's design! His clothes is based off of a penguin (•ө•)♡

He will be unlocked at $17,000 CAD. His design can also be purchased as a charm add-on, and a tier for 11 plushies has been added as well.

I hope you like the Gallagher design! He's one of my favourites and I'm thrilled to make a plushie of him!

Hi everyone,

I want to give a huge thank you to all of you for the incredible support you've given me for the launch of my Kickstarter! In the first 24 hours, we already unlocked all 10 designs. That means Aventurine, Sampo, Dan Heng, Dr. Ratio, March 7th, Stelle, Argenti, Boothill, Robin and Sunday can all be picked as your rewards! I really wouldn't have imagined that so many of you would want your own little Star Rail goober ( ∩´͈ ᐜ `͈∩)

I made some changes to the colour palette of Sunday's clothes, so that he'd match better with Robin since I designed him to be together with her. Here is the new look!

I'm a lot happier with this new version, and I hope you are too!

Lastly, I will design one more character plushie and that will be Gallagher! I'm going to try and get his design out ASAP as well as his stretch goal before the early bird ends.
